Accommodations
The interior joinery of "LADY DOT" is entirely of maple veneer with solid cherry keepers and trim. There is little or no wall covering. This light wood adds to the spacious open feeling of the yacht.
VIP STATEROOM
Starting all the way forward is a mirrored panel with a shelf below forming the headboard of the centerline queen size pedestal berth. Below the berth facing aft are four large storage drawers. Additional storage is available under the head of the berth below the mattress. To both port and starboard are countertops that connect to the headboard. On both sides are a drawer and storage cabinet with shelves within. Each side also has its own full size cedar lined hanging locker. Either side of the berth is a carpeted step to access the berth. Overhead are two separate reading lights and two opening Bomar deck hatches with screens. The sole of this area is carpeted. Overhead are six mini halogen lights.
GUEST HEAD
Just aft of the VIP and across the companionway from the Guest Cabin is the spacious Guest Head. The vanity has three cabinet doors and a drawer below the Avonite countertop. The sink is an under mount stainless steel wash basin with a two tone American Standard faucet. Above the countertop are two additional cabinets with shelves, an opening stainless steel porthole with screen and a mirror with two mini halogens in a soffit above. The toilet is a Vacuuflush model. The shower has a tempered glass door, and is a fiberglass stall shower with a light above. The sole of the Head is maple planking, the overhead has two mini halogen spots. Also there is an exhaust fan for this area.
GUEST STATEROOM
The Guest Cabin is spacious but has four berths arranged in the following manor: forward are two athwartships over/under berths. Each berth has its own light and the lower berth has two drawers below. On the aft bulkhead is a settee that easily converts to sleep two in the same arrangement and size berths as the forward berths. Between the forward and aft berth is a cedar lined hanging locker and three drawers. Below the aft lower berth are two drawers to match those forward. Also in this cabin is a carpeted sole, an opening stainless steel porthole with a screen and three halogen mini lights.
MASTER STATEROOM
Located down three steps and aft from the centerline companionway is the Master Stateroom with a queen size pedestal berth off the aft bulkhead. Either side of the berth are twin nightstands with small table lamps above. Above the berth is a mirrored headboard and a soffit with two reading lights above. The berth itself has both an innerspring mattress and a box spring concealed in the wood frame. To starboard is a countertop with twelve drawers. Above the countertop is a row of five cabinet doors with shelves within. Next above is an inset area with two opening stainless steel portholes and Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades. Forward in this cabin is a built-in vanity with three drawers, a stool, unique access to the forward bilge area, a mirror with two halogen mini spots and a full size cedar lined hanging locker. On the port bulkhead are two large cabinet doors, the forward one of which is a huge storage closet with three shelves. The after most has a Whirlpool Thin Twin Heavy Duty stacked washer and dryer. Also in this cabin are Cruiseair SMX controls, six overhead mini halogen spots, stereo speakers and a carpet sole.
MASTER HEAD
The Master Head is outboard to port and one step up. The vanity has three cabinets and two drawers below the Avonite countertop. The sink is a stainless steel under mount model with two-tone separate taps and faucet. Above the counter are two cabinet doors, an opening stainless steel porthole with screen and shade plus a large mirror with two lights in the soffit above. The toilet is a Vacuuflush model. The tub/shower is a fiberglass full size Jacuzzi style tub with a hand held or wall mountable two-tone shower fixture. Also in the tub is an opening stainless steel porthole with screen and shade. The sole is maple planking. The overhead has two additional halogen mini spots and an exhaust vent. A sliding pocket door separates the head from the Master Stateroom
Pilothouse
On centerline forward on the main deck is the lower control station with full gauges, electronics, excellent visibility and a moveable pedestal helm chair. To starboard is the companionway to the staterooms, a chart flat with a very large drawer and on the starboard bulkhead a sliding door to the forward deck. To port is the boat's 120/240, 12 and 24 volt electronic panels and a drawer. Also in this area is a Tank Watch III black water monitor and pump switch and a Tank Watch III grey water monitor and pump switch, a DSC motion detector/intrusion alarm and a breaker for the Maxwell anchor windlass. Comments
Upon inspection of "LADY DOT" one will find a nearly new boat that represents an outstanding value. Recently both engines have been re-built with 260 hours. Recent upgrades also include: New paint job, new tender and new canvas.
Built by Rayburn Custom Yachts of British Columbia, this yacht is able to benefit by the favorable US/Canadian exchange rate where the dollar buys more boat than a comparable US model.
Exclusions
While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard "LADY DOT", there are some personal belongings aboard. Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
